Field Recruitment Officer Y SCHOOLS

About the role

Global University Systems (GUS) is recruiting a field recruitment officer for its Y SCHOOLS schools network, based in Troyes on a hybrid basis. The role contributes to defining and implementing the commercial strategy to recruit future students, while also prospecting among companies and maintaining relationships built during the recruitment of apprentices.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Y SCHOOLS brands at face-to-face events across France, such as high school forums, education fairs and open days, up to five events per week including weekends
• Keep up to date with the training programmes offered through structured training and personal research
• Present Y SCHOOLS to groups, adapting the main sales arguments in real time to the audience's needs
• Schedule appointments and give personalised advice to prospective students, helping them choose the right programme and keeping them engaged until enrolment
• Advise international students on visa, immigration and compliance requirements where applicable
• Identify new commercial opportunities and recruitment channels, and improve recruitment processes and candidate conversion strategies
• Update follow-up databases and deliver regular activity reports

Required profile

• Degree level M1 or M2 in marketing, communication, business, design, hospitality or a similar field
• Similar experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the local environment
• Availability on weekends for promotional events and a driving licence category B
• Occasional trips abroad may be required
