Molecular Biology Specialist – AI Training Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Molecular Biology Specialist to support an AI training project that aims to improve how advanced artificial‑intelligence systems understand and reason about life‑science topics. The role is fully remote, part‑time and contract‑based, offering the opportunity to apply your expertise in molecular biology to evaluate and enhance AI‑generated scientific content.

Key responsibilities

• Review molecular biology data, experimental protocols and scientific literature for accuracy.
• Assess AI‑generated explanations and annotations, identifying factual errors, inconsistencies and unsupported conclusions.
• Create clear, evidence‑based explanations, reference materials and realistic scenarios for AI training datasets.
• Develop and curate question sets, case studies and datasets that reflect current research practices.
• Provide structured feedback to improve the quality and reliability of AI responses.

Required profile

• PhD, MSc or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or a related life‑science field.
• Proven experience in molecular biology research, experimental design and data interpretation.
• Strong ability to write, review and evaluate scientific content with precision.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

What we offer
