Mid Market Account Executive - EMEA (French Speaking)

About the role

Ashby, a recruiting software company, is looking for a French-fluent Mid-Market Account Executive to win accounts of 100 to 1,000 employees across EMEA. The role covers the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won, with a focus on new-logo acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of a dozen or more active opportunities, sourcing more than 50% of it yourself
• Close mid-market deals of $50k+ ACV, including competitive rip-and-replace opportunities on core platform technologies
• Deliver quick demos and guide prospects through the evaluation and buying process, engaging the right stakeholders
• Travel at least 25% of the time for customer engagements and events

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience, with many deals over $50,000 ACV
• Experience selling complex platform technologies in a sales-led GTM motion
• Sold to multiple EMEA regions, with strong written and spoken English and French
• Bonus: experience selling to Talent or HR personas, and prior B/SDR experience
