Marketeer – AI Trainer (Freelance, 8‑20 hrs/week, Remote EU/UK)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced marketer to help shape AI‑driven marketing tools. Working 8‑20 hours per week, you will use your professional expertise to evaluate and improve AI‑generated marketing content, ensuring it reflects real‑world strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs related to marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution.
• Assess AI responses for practical soundness, strategic consistency and compliance with real‑world expectations.
• Draft realistic marketing scenarios based on your own professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives such as marketer, client, brand manager or business leader.
• Identify gaps, oversights or weak reasoning in AI‑generated marketing content and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level marketing specialist or strategist with significant experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record advising on, developing and executing marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
• Strong ability to evaluate content for strategic consistency, brand viability and compliance.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering clear, critical feedback.
• Available for 8‑20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness.
