Management Consulting Intern – Paris

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is recruiting an intern in Paris. As a fully integrated member of a project team, you will work alongside colleagues and clients on real business challenges from day one, contributing to client work and gaining first-hand consulting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem solving and the development of client recommendations and deliverables.
• Work alongside experienced consultants, taking part in team discussions and client interactions.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across industries and capabilities.

Required profile

• Looking for an end-of-study or second-part-of-gap-year internship.
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity; no specific major or prior consulting experience required.
• Initiative, creativity, adaptability and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Evidence of leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement or other meaningful achievements is highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate in a team.
• French and English (native or fluent).
