Confirmed Consultant / Senior Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm of Marsh, is recruiting a confirmed or senior consultant in Paris. As part of a project team you will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects across industries and capabilities, starting with challenging work that has a significant impact on clients, industries and society
• Conduct research, surveys and interviews and analyse data to gain insights, assess problems and structure solutions
• Learn core business skills, including how to structure daily tasks, and receive formal training in communication, presentation, analytical and client management skills
• Travel within the home market and internationally, and choose whether to specialise early or later

Required profile

• Final-year students or graduates with a Master's degree; penultimate-year students should apply for an internship instead
• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm
• Initiative, intuition and creativity, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset; no specific major or industry experience required
• French and English (native or fluent)
