About the role

Join the Centre Déclaration Régulation (CDR) in Rennes as a Legal Counsel specialized in material claims and legal protection. You will play a key part in ensuring member satisfaction by handling complex insurance cases and providing expert legal guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage insurance claims, welcome policyholders, and provide accurate information.
• Apply contractual, conventional, and legal rules to deliver appropriate services, including contentious actions.
• Master civil, penal, and administrative liability law as well as relevant conventions.
• Handle diverse cases such as drought, fire, major material damages, and complex liability and legal protection disputes (construction, consumer, neighbor, professional liability, etc.).

• Permanent contract (CDI) with a salary range of €33,000‑€36,000 gross per year.
