Junior Web Developer – Remote AI Agent Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to help design, evaluate, and improve autonomous AI agents that operate across multiple large‑language models. The work is fully remote and focuses on coding, testing, and providing detailed feedback to advance agentic AI systems in domains such as health, education, and everyday life.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear evaluation rubrics and apply objective pass/fail criteria to AI agent outputs.
• Debug agent execution traces, identify failure patterns, and stress‑test agents against edge cases, prompt injection and tool misuse.
• Assess production‑grade modular software architectures, analyse multi‑turn system interactions and deliver high‑density technical feedback for LLM training.
• Complete onboarding tasks, upload required documents and start earning through flexible, task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• Experience in backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation of services.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, Java).
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and building for live, non‑mocked environments.
