Junior Finance Business Partner – France & Emerging Markets

About the role

The Junior Finance Business Partner will support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering accurate, timely financial insights for the newly created France & Regional Emerging Markets (FREM) cluster. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key accounts to define and monitor financial targets at the customer level.
• Ensure accurate and timely periodic financial closings in collaboration with Mars Global Services Finance, explaining variances versus last year and forecast.
• Assist in annual client negotiations, price adjustments, and business plan development together with Sales, SRM, Demand Planning and the Market Director.
• Support Market S&OP processes by conducting business health checks and updating forecasts during DMR/DMR Feeder meetings.
• Provide financial leadership in tracking performance against targets and recommending corrective actions.
• Work with the SRM team and Finance Analyst to manage trade budgets in the Trade Budget System and perform regular effectiveness reviews.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong ability in management reporting, data analytics and data visualisation.
• Proven collaboration and partnership skills across functions.
• High digital acumen and agility.
