Senior Strategy & Operations – Core Accounting

About the role

Pennylane is looking for a senior professional to shape and execute strategy and operational initiatives for its Core Accounting track. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive the design and implementation of frameworks that support rapid growth and ensure reliable, efficient accounting automation for millions of French SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product leadership to define, prioritize and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable operational frameworks and own the OKR process for the track.
• Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives from ideation through measurement, coordinating with care, sales and other product teams.
• Conduct data‑driven analyses to uncover market opportunities, operational inefficiencies and growth levers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field, with a proven record of scaling business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable plans that deliver measurable impact.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris (remote work not fully available).

Required skills

• SQL (or willingness to learn) for independent data analysis.
