Senior Analyst, Permanent Control

About the role

As a Senior Analyst – Permanent Controls you will join the global Second Line of Defence team, focusing on the financial perimeter. You will design, execute and monitor control frameworks, partnering with the First Line to ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards and templates.
• Partner with First Line teams to design and assess control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulator expectations.
• Formalize and execute permanent controls across financial regulatory reporting, data accuracy, internal processes and safeguarding mechanisms.
• Present control findings to the Head of Permanent Controls and track remediation implementation.
• Identify control gaps, propose solutions and drive continuous improvement, including tooling and automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control or Financial Reporting within financial services or payments.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ACPR and FCA preferred.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial regulatory reporting and accounting standards.
• Experience with control design, testing and remediation tracking.
