Junior Chief of Staff to CEO (Remote)

About the role

Globeholder AI is seeking a recent graduate to serve as the right‑hand to the CEO. This junior Chief of Staff position sits at the core of company strategy and enterprise sales, offering a unique chance to work directly with the CEO on high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Analyze data, synthesize insights, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Organise the CEO’s priorities, streamline workflows, and manage the executive calendar.
• Support enterprise sales activities and engage with key clients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from a top engineering or business school (Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Hard‑working, ambitious, and able to operate at a fast CEO‑level pace.
• Quick learner with strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Self‑starter, comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Strong interest in enterprise sales, company strategy, and technology (AI, infrastructure, energy, or finance is a plus).
