IT Support Technician – L1 Rollout Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated L1 Rollout Support Technician to join our IT deployment team in La Défense, Paris. The role is focused on large‑scale hardware refresh and workstation deployment projects, ensuring a smooth transition for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Unbox, asset‑tag, and install laptops, desktops, monitors and docking stations on‑site.
• Deploy operating systems and image devices using SCCM, MDT or cloud provisioning tools.
• Migrate data, retrieve backups and transfer user profiles to new hardware.
• Perform basic network tasks such as patching cables, assigning IP addresses and configuring Wi‑Fi access points.
• Manage Active Directory tasks, including joining devices to the domain and verifying OU policies.
• Enroll and configure mobile devices via corporate MDM platforms.
• Update asset tracking in ServiceNow and handle hardware disposal.
• Provide floor‑walking support immediately after upgrades to resolve post‑migration issues.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on desktop support, field engineering or rollout project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and standard enterprise software suites.
• Ability to lift and install IT equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
