Workplace IT Specialist

About the role

Ibexa is looking for a Workplace IT Specialist to own and continuously improve the internal IT environment for its 350‑plus employees across Europe. The role combines user support, IT service management and workplace tooling to ensure a secure, efficient and seamless experience for both office‑based and remote staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for macOS and Windows devices, diagnosing hardware and software issues for ~350 users.
• Manage IT service processes in Jira Service Management, including onboarding, off‑boarding, asset tracking and incident handling.
• Own the lifecycle of SaaS applications, handling provisioning, licensing, cost control and the transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace.
• Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement IAM best practices and automate access provisioning.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure and meeting‑room equipment across 3‑4 locations, coordinating with local providers as needed.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date documentation, user guides and troubleshooting resources to empower employees.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in internal IT, workplace IT or IT operations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with macOS, Windows and Google Workspace (or Office 365).
• Comfortable supporting both technical and non‑technical users in a multilingual environment.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and close collaboration with security teams.
• Experience setting up IT processes from scratch in a growing company.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills, fluent in French and English.
