Investment Manager – Impact Investing & Blended Finance

About the role

Acted is seeking an Investment Manager to lead its impact investing and blended finance activities from its Paris office. The role will manage the existing portfolio, design new financing vehicles and mobilise private capital to support humanitarian, development and climate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the impact investment portfolio, including origination, screening, analysis and execution of equity, debt and hybrid instruments.
• Conduct financial analysis, modelling, due diligence and prepare investment memoranda.
• Monitor financial, operational, ESG and impact performance of investments and report findings.
• Participate in boards and investment committees of portfolio entities.
• Structure blended‑finance mechanisms and mobilise private capital.
• Develop partnerships with investors, financial institutions and donors.
• Ensure governance and financial oversight of Acted’s investment vehicles.
• Lead a lean team consisting of a manager and an analyst/intern.

Required profile

• Proven experience in impact investing, blended finance or related fields.
• Strong understanding of equity, debt and hybrid financing structures.
• Ability to conduct rigorous financial analysis and due diligence.
• Experience working in humanitarian, development or climate contexts.
• Comfortable engaging with boards, committees and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
