About the role

As a night‑shift registered nurse at Inicea, you will play a key role in the patient care pathway, ensuring high‑quality care during the night hours. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding patient health and comfort while the daytime team is unavailable.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement personalized care projects for patients, focusing on their well‑being, health and safety, by developing and following individualized care plans throughout the night shift.
  • Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including doctors, caregivers, and support staff, to coordinate night‑time care activities and ensure seamless patient management.
  • Monitor patient conditions continuously during the night, promptly identifying and responding to any changes to maintain optimal health and safety.

Required profile

  • Hold a State‑registered nursing qualification (Infirmier Diplômé d’État), demonstrating the required professional training and certification.
  • Be available and willing to work night shifts, providing consistent care during overnight hours.
