Portfolio Manager

About the role

Ensure the strategic coherence of the product portfolio by aligning development, innovation and rationalisation decisions with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the product Wishlist in collaboration with local teams (Hospital, Cardiology, OTC) and ensure its implementation with the global team.
• Elaborate and update the 5‑year Long‑Range Plan (LRP) together with the global portfolio team.
• Assess development opportunities by collecting market and customer data and building business cases.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to inform portfolio development and diversification strategy.
• Track portfolio optimisation execution with local and global teams and lead presentations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Pharmacist degree with strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (generics, branded drugs, retail and hospital).
• Fluent in English with advanced analytical skills and strong finance acumen.
• Rigor, prioritisation, autonomy and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking, proactivity and ability to propose solutions.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and influencing skills.
