About the role

Our client is a recognized specialist in caring for patients with chronic conditions who are treated with external pump therapy. The position involves providing professional nursing support to Parkinson’s patients directly in their homes, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit patients at home to assess and monitor their health status.
  • Assist patients with the management and operation of external pump devices.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding disease management and device use.
  • Coordinate with the broader healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.

Required profile

  • Registered Nurse (IDE) with experience in home care.
  • Familiarity with chronic disease management, particularly Parkinson’s disease.
  • Strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
