职位概况

负责飞机事业部全链条的人力资源管理，依据欧洲先进制造业人力管理模式，构建高效、合规、职业化的人才体系，支撑业务高质量可持续发展。

主要职责

制定并执行人力资源战略与年度规划，实现人力与产能、项目深度协同。
推进组织扁平化、流程精益化，控制编制与人效成本。
搭建专业化人才甄选体系，精准引进航空研发、精密生产、质量管控等核心技术人才。
建立轮岗、人岗匹配机制，优化内部人才配置。
构建分层培训体系，落实岗位技能、质量合规、职业素养培训。
设计以质量、效率、创新为核心的绩效考核体系，完善薪酬激励机制。
遵循用工合规准则，搭建标准化用工管理体系，防范劳资风险。
推动工匠精神、品质至上文化建设，提升团队凝聚力。

任职要求

10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备航空或高端制造业背景。
统招本科及以上学历。
熟悉欧洲制造业人力资源管理理念，具备组织诊断与优化能力。
能够搭建人才甄选、培训、绩效、薪酬等全模块体系。
具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目推动能力。
