HR Generalist – Europe

About the role

The HR Generalist – Europe is based in Paris and supports the full employee lifecycle across multiple European countries. Working closely with HR Business Partners, the role ensures compliant, high‑quality HR operations in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for France, Germany, the UK, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Sweden.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding and employee‑lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate records in Workday.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to prepare documentation for employee‑relations cases and assist with M&A or restructuring activities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with providers and finance teams, and work with the EMEA Benefits team on benefits administration.
• Contribute to regional HR programs, reporting and analytics.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, investigations, absence cases and occupational‑health coordination.
• Support organizational change, redundancy and restructuring initiatives, ensuring statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of HR experience, including generalist and HRBP exposure.
• Experience working in a multi‑country European environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
