Hotel Operations Manager

About the role

The Hotel Grangettes is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations and ensure that every guest experience meets or exceeds expectations. This position oversees front‑desk, food & beverage, housekeeping and seasonal preparation while also supporting the commercial team in maximizing room sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reception processes, including check‑in and check‑out.
• Oversee the hotel bar, restaurant, and housekeeping departments.
• Plan and execute operational set‑up for both winter and summer seasons.
• Control day‑to‑day hotel management, budgeting and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop operational staff, ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with the commercial manager to support room sales initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel standards and services agreement, as well as all legal and company regulations.

Required profile

• Reliable, enthusiastic and responsible individual.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Good level of English; advanced French required for non‑French applicants.
• Ability to work within budget constraints and maintain high service quality.
