Head of Capital Management (Western Europe)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Head of Capital Management for Western Europe to lead treasury activities as the company expands its product suite and geographic footprint. You will be responsible for assessing capital adequacy, managing market risks such as FX, interest rates and credit, and enhancing reporting processes in close collaboration with technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and build capital management and allocation frameworks.
• Manage group capital plans and review subsidiary plans.
• Support business decision‑making with capital actions and analysis.
• Perform regular capital forecasts and assess ongoing capital adequacy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of capital regulation requirements and risk management.
• Interpret regulatory requirements related to safeguarding.
• Own treasury procedures and work with tech teams to improve reporting.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in treasury management, focusing on capital, within a financial institution or fintech.
• Expertise in forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts.
• Solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR, Delegated Act, etc.).
• Ability to present complex analysis to senior management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Relevant qualifications such as CFA, ACCA/ACA or CertBALM are advantageous.
