Finance Transformation PMO (Hybrid Remote)

About the role

The Finance Transformation PMO will be a central figure in coordinating Betclic's strategic finance transformation program. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will work across Finance, Technology, HR, Legal and other functions to ensure robust governance, effective execution and transparent reporting for a €3 bn revenue business operating in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall Finance Transformation roadmap and delivery plan across all workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated program plan, tracking milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Organise and facilitate governance forums, steering committees and program reviews, preparing agendas, minutes and action trackers.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Track progress against objectives, timelines and budget, monitoring KPIs and transformation success metrics.
• Produce executive‑level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO or program management within finance transformation or large‑scale change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Excellent organisational and analytical abilities, with a focus on detail and governance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, international environment.
