FP&A Analyst – Marketing Costs

About the role

Betclic is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join its Marketing team. You will act as a business partner for marketing teams and local markets, helping them manage budgets, monitor expenses and make data‑driven financial decisions in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Marketing teams and local markets with budget management, target setting and financial analysis.
• Participate in budgeting and re‑forecasting cycles, analyse variances and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor and validate marketing spend, ensuring alignment with budgets, forecasts and cost allocations.
• Manage marketing invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation before accounting processing.
• Lead bi‑monthly financial reviews with France, Portugal, Poland and Côte d’Ivoire.
• Prepare monthly reporting for the CFO and contribute to presentations for executive committees and shareholders.
• Produce regulatory reporting and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Automate and improve financial processes using Excel macros and Pigment.
• Handle ad‑hoc analyses related to marketing investments and performance.

Required profile

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including macro development.
• Experience with Pigment or similar financial planning tools.
