Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition and lead generation. In this hands‑on, entrepreneurial position you will own one or several growth channels, experiment rapidly, and help shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies across paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and drive sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run fast experiments on audiences, hooks, offers and scale successful tactics.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting and automation.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics, turning data into clear growth narratives.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Quick learner who can pick up new channels and tools rapidly.
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working without extensive supervision.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content or lifecycle marketing (any).
• Proficiency in using AI‑enabled marketing tools.
