Head of Growth – Lead European Growth Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead the design and execution of N2JSoft’s European growth strategy. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and working closely with the CMO and Sales leadership, you will build a predictable, scalable engine that drives pipeline creation, revenue growth and market expansion across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Define, refine and implement the European growth roadmap, identifying new acquisition channels and revenue drivers.
• Collaborate with local Growth Marketing Managers to create market‑specific plans aligned with company objectives.
• Design, launch and optimise growth experiments to increase qualified pipeline and improve funnel conversion.
• Partner with Sales to maximise lead quality and revenue impact.
• Own revenue performance metrics, monitoring pipeline generation, cost per lead and cost per opportunity.
• Lead and develop a team of four Growth Marketing Managers, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence and measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably fintech.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution and project‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small marketing team.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
