GMA Contract Manager – Customer Support

About the role

ATR is seeking a GMA Contract Manager to join its Customer Support team in Toulouse. You will be the main point of contact for GMA‑related contract matters, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, supporting them from contract start to termination.
• Identify contractual deviations, abuse or breaches and create action plans to recover operational and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal processes, monitor contractual commitments, and conduct regular contract reviews with both internal departments and external customers.
• Implement and track contracts in ATR’s SAP system, manage invoicing, quotations, and reconcile payments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract or account management, preferably in aerospace or a technical environment.
• Strong customer focus, ability to dive into details while keeping a big‑picture view.
• Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn, with advanced English proficiency.
• Background in business, law, economics or engineering with commercial experience.
