About the role
Join ATR’s Purchasing Department as a work‑study student, supporting internal customers with contract administration and database management for repair services. You will be fully integrated into the team, handling real responsibilities from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the department’s email inbox and provide first‑level responses to internal queries on pricing and lead times.
- Enter and maintain contractual data in SAP, updating deadlines, prices and part numbers.
- Support bulk data loading activities and compile price grids, supplier files and other information for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Commercial or purchasing diploma combined with solid technical knowledge, or a technical diploma with commercial/purchasing experience.
- Currently pursuing a Licence or Master 1 (BAC+3/4).
- Advanced Excel skills and good understanding of contractual documents.
- Proficiency in English and ability to work effectively in a team.
