Global Senior Product Manager – SCS (Spinal Cord Stimulation)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Global Senior Product Manager for its Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) portfolio. You will define global marketing strategy, drive growth initiatives, and support product lines such as Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SCS marketing globally, acting as the subject‑matter expert and central point of contact for Western Europe.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, medical education, operations, health economics and other stakeholders to shape product positioning and market adoption.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans, messaging, promotional tactics, digital/social campaigns, and evidence dissemination.
• Manage global assets, create new marketing materials, and oversee product introductions and phase‑outs.
• Build relationships with KOLs, attend medical society meetings, and support regional demand forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of marketing or sales experience (or 5 years with a Master’s degree).
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical‑device product management, including product launches.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a highly matrixed, regulated environment and travel up to 30%.
