FPSO QA/QC Manager

About the role

The service holder acts as the FPSO QA/QC Manager, promoting quality in the project and advising the project management team on quality procedures. The role covers the Venus FPSO, an ultra-deepwater unit operating at about 3,000 m depth, and involves frequent missions aboard the vessel.

Key responsibilities

• Promote quality in the project, advise the project management team and lead the "Quality Culture" deployment program.
• Supervise the Quality/PMT workforce and functionally supervise QA/QC Leaders and Engineers.
• Investigate problems in the application of the project QMS and propose solutions to the concerned managers.
• Review contractors', subcontractors' and suppliers' inspection and test plans, and contractor key documents such as quality plans and audit schedules, against project expectations and contract requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality of quality management documentation and prepare lessons-learnt sessions and debriefings with the Feedback coordinator from TotalEnergies headquarters.
• Support and implement HSE site instructions and policies, carry out HSE inspections and audits, and report anomalies, incidents and near misses to HSE.

Required profile

• 10 to 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years at the same or equivalent level with managerial responsibilities.
• Degree level (Engineer or equivalent).
• English is mandatory; excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.

What we offer

• Starting date of October 2026, subject to FID.
• Duration of 1 to 4 years after the FPSO contract award, renewable.
• Residential status, with 1 year in Paris, 18 to 24 months in Singapore and 18 months in Geoje, South Korea.
