Director of Sales – Middle East

About the role

Ping Identity is seeking a seasoned sales leader to own the full Middle East territory. The Director, Sales will shape and execute a high‑impact sales strategy, build an energized team, and deliver differentiated value to enterprise customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor a strategic sales plan aligned with Ping’s overall objectives.
• Drive territory planning, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting and regular account reviews.
• Coach and mentor the sales team on positioning Ping Identity’s value proposition to enterprise clients, increasing deal size.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Leverage global system integrators (GSIs) and partner networks to source, develop and close deals.
• Maintain data‑driven performance metrics, ensuring transparency, accountability and agility.

Required profile

• Proven leader in the SaaS enterprise market with a track record of selling software solutions.
• Experience scaling high‑growth businesses and building high‑performance sales cultures.
• Strong network of customers and partners within the Middle East region.
• Customer‑focused, people‑oriented, authentic and passionate about digital identity security.
