Director of Application, EMEA North, Install

About the role

L-Acoustics, a European manufacturer of professional sound systems for live events, is looking for a Director of Application, EMEA North, Install. You will provide technical and operational leadership for all Application activities across the Install market in the EMEA North region, turning the global Application strategy into regional execution while adapting to local market dynamics, customer needs and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional technical operations strategy and design engagement models that increase conversion and adoption in the Install market.
• Run capacity planning, demand forecasts and load balancing for the team, and own technical OKRs and quality gates.
• Lead the Install Application teams, drive certifications, onboarding and continuous education, and manage territory and regional teams with global matrix leadership.
• Support strategic Install projects, influence system designs and specifications, and represent the brand at industry events, consultant meetings and partner forums.
• Enforce design standards, commissioning methodologies and CRM/project reporting, and lead quality audits, post-project reviews and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Business Development and other Application teams to deliver a seamless pre-sales to customer acceptance process.
