About the role

The Institut Mines‑Télécom is looking for a senior leader to drive continuous improvement and quality across its network of schools and central services. Reporting directly to the General Director, you will coordinate transversal projects, harmonise processes and support the group’s strategic transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and animate transversal projects, from opportunity study to deployment and monitoring.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle with business units, ensuring budgets, timelines and operational roll‑out are respected.
• Lead governance bodies (steering committees, working groups) to track decisions and maintain action coherence.
• Design and evolve reporting tools (dashboards, indicators, reporting) to measure project impact and inform strategic choices.
• Identify new cross‑functional initiatives aligned with IMT’s strategic priorities.
• Define project management standards, methods and tools to support consistent delivery.
• Facilitate a network of stakeholders to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale improvement or quality programmes within complex organisations.
• Strong ability to work with multiple directors, schools and operational teams.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with a focus on results and impact.
