About the role

We are seeking a Director for a medical‑social establishment (FAM/Foyer de Vie) on a permanent basis. Reporting to the General Director, the successful candidate will take over the leadership of two facilities following the departure of the current director.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the FAM and the Foyer de Vie.
• Ensure compliance with health‑social regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care.
• Develop and monitor budgets, resources and operational plans.
• Represent the establishments with external partners and authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a medical‑social or elderly care facility (e.g., EHPAD).
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work closely with the General Director and other stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of French health‑social legislation and standards.
• Experience in staff management and operational oversight.
