À propos du poste

En accord avec le projet d'établissement, notre médecin coordinateur(trice), directement rattaché(e) au Directeur d'établissement, met en œuvre le projet général de soins en collaboration avec l'IDEC.

Missions principales

Mettre en œuvre le projet général de soins en collaboration avec l'IDEC.
Participer au processus d'admission des résidents et assurer le suivi tout au long de leur prise en charge.
