DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team supporting high‑availability digital platforms for a global audience. You will design, build, and optimise cloud‑native infrastructure, driving automation, scalability and operational excellence across AWS and GCP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable Kubernetes clusters on multiple cloud providers.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Build, optimise and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting systems to proactively resolve issues.
• Support critical infrastructure components such as PostgreSQL databases and Kafka clusters.
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash scripts.
• Troubleshoot production incidents across cloud, containerised and distributed environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and platform reliability.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Advanced understanding of Docker and containerisation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
