Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Sales Manager to drive new business in the large‑scale data centre market. The role involves prospecting, building relationships with key players, and aligning activities with European and global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major colocation providers, general contractors and design firms.
• Coordinate activities with European and global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence and forecast industry developments.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of sales management experience in large‑account power or cooling solutions.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating internationally.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of UPS systems and low‑voltage power supply for data centres.
• Expertise in electrical technology related to power and cooling solutions.
