About the role
We are looking for a remote Customer Support Assistant to help train next‑generation AI systems. You will provide empathetic, high‑quality support to customers while contributing real‑world insights that improve our AI‑driven tools.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a variety of customer queries.
- Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify common pain points and document best‑practice solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and enhance training data.
- Maintain high standards of communication in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and platforms.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, and keen attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
