About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cuisinier de Collectivité to join a short‑term mission at an ESAT in Challans. The assignment runs from 17 August to 28 August, with full‑time daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

Prepare cold dishes and ingredients for the collective catering service.
Serve meals in a self‑service (self) setting.
Handle dishwashing (plonge) and maintain a tidy kitchen environment.

Required profile

At least one prior experience in food preparation or collective catering, regardless of duration.
Availability for the specified dates and ability to work 6:30 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Required skills

Cold food preparation.
Self‑service operation.
Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning.

What we offer

Hourly wage of €12.50–€13.50.
35‑hour weekly base schedule.
End‑of‑mission indemnity (10 %) and paid‑leave bonus (10 %) increasing total gross pay to €15.13–€16.34 per hour.
Rapid advance payment within 24 hours if needed.
