Country Manager – Roll-Fed & Blank-Fed Aseptic Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to drive the growth of our Roll‑Fed and Blank‑Fed aseptic packaging business across France and the broader European market. You will champion new product launches and sustainability initiatives while shaping sales strategies that capture market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for Roll‑Fed packaging in France and Blank‑Fed solutions across Europe.
• Promote new product lines and sustainability projects to key customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with major clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the packaging industry or a strong background in FMCG sales.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
