Country Director – France

About the role

As the Country Director for France, you will act as the entrepreneurial owner of one of air up’s most dynamic markets. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, driving execution across retail, direct‑to‑consumer and marketplace channels, and delivering commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for France, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Define and implement the local commercial strategy, including retail account acquisition, media spend, and omnichannel mix.
• Lead a lean, high‑performing team of Sales Key Account Managers and a Marketing Director, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to align commercial objectives with brand initiatives.
• Actively engage in the field to pitch, negotiate, and scale key retail partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a commercial business unit with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on retail expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of the French consumer market across retail, D2C, and marketplace channels.
