Community Manager – The Sims (France)

About the role

The Sims franchise is looking for a dedicated Community Manager for the French market. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Community, you will own and grow The Sims presence across French‑speaking platforms, building strong relationships with players, moderators, creators and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand The Sims community on Discord, forums, Reddit, Steam and other relevant French platforms.
• Develop and execute local community programs, events and engagement initiatives that encourage participation and foster a welcoming environment.
• Translate global creative assets into culturally resonant French activations and co‑create go‑to‑market plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Gather player insights, surface actionable feedback and ensure community perspectives are represented in franchise planning.
• Collaborate closely with Integrated Communications, Marketing, Creator Relations and Development teams.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building skills with online communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Experience in managing community spaces for live‑service games or similar entertainment products.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate player feedback into strategic recommendations.
