Commercial Project Manager – Change Planning & Delivery

About the role

As a Commercial Project Manager within Malt’s Commercial Enablement team, you will own the master plan for all change initiatives affecting the commercial organisation. You will translate high‑level strategy into concrete projects, coordinating people, processes and tools to ensure seamless delivery across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized change roadmap and ensure alignment across functions such as Ops, Marketing, Finance and HR.
• Design and lead steering committees, producing executive‑level reports on risks, blockers and decisions for the CRO.
• Align project timelines, track milestones and guarantee that complex changes do not disrupt the sales flow.
• Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of transformations on business performance.
• Identify bottlenecks or resource conflicts early and propose structural solutions to leadership.
• Manage the intake of ad‑hoc change requests from other departments into the commercial organisation.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Management, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on project or change management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link transformation milestones to P&L and revenue targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to gather feedback and address resistance quickly.
