Clinical Nurse Consultant

About the role

WIN is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide virtual coaching and advisory services in women’s health, including fertility, menopause, maternity, and reproductive endocrinology. The position is fully remote, contract‑based, and designed for an independent consultant lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual coaching sessions to patients on family‑building and well‑being topics.
• Provide evidence‑based education aligned with French, European (ESHRE), and international healthcare guidelines.
• Support patients navigating global family‑building benefits, cross‑border reproductive care, and local care pathways.
• Maintain availability during pre‑scheduled standby periods for patient sessions.
• Contribute clinical expertise to international program design, especially insights into European and French healthcare landscapes.
• Participate in executive, clinical, and customer‑facing meetings as a subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure compliant, medically accurate, and culturally appropriate content.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (Infirmier/ère Diplômé(e) d’État‑IDE) in good standing with the Ordre National des Infirmiers (ONI).
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in women’s health; fertility, AMP, or reproductive endocrinology strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience providing virtual education, coaching, telehealth, or care‑navigation services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, contract‑based environment.
