Brand Associate Internship – International Playbook & Event Strategy

About the role

Alan is looking for a Brand Associate intern to support its rapid international expansion. You will work closely with the Creative Director to translate strategic ambition into concrete, repeatable playbooks and help shape the brand’s presence across new markets and major events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an International Playbook that outlines brand positioning, naming, creative adaptation and go‑to‑market sequencing for each new country.
• Interview stakeholders from previous expansions (Spain, Belgium, Canada) to capture successes and challenges.
• Transform interview insights into a structured, reusable guide for future launches.
• Own the strategic planning for Alan’s flagship annual health event, including concept, format and multi‑country activation.
• Benchmark comparable flagship events in health, tech and related sectors to identify best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on a variety of brand‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications) or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
