CEO Founder Associate Internship

About the role

Alan is looking for a motivated intern to join the CEO as a Founder Associate. The six‑month internship, starting June 2026, will give a gap‑year or end‑of‑study student the chance to work directly with the CEO and senior leaders on high‑impact projects across strategy, product, growth and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CEO on top business priorities, including market analysis, growth modelling and strategic vision.
• Assist product and design teams by identifying strategic product opportunities, conducting user research and helping with prototyping.
• Coordinate RFP processes for large prospects and contribute to marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Prepare board packs, conduct legal research, support fundraising activities and organize internal and external events.
• Help build Alan’s brand presence at major events and on social networks.
• Participate in talent sourcing and recruitment of future Founder Associates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (final year) or taking a gap year, with a strong interest in health insurance, prevention and business strategy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work on diverse topics.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment.
