Bilingual Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Content Editor to help train and improve AI chatbot models. In this remote contractor position you will evaluate chatbot outputs, measure their progress, and create new conversational scenarios to teach the models how to respond accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversations with AI chatbots in both French and English to assess their logical flow and language quality.
• Write and edit novel dialogue scripts that guide chatbots toward desired responses.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for correctness, brand voice, and overall performance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve model accuracy and user experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French with an expert level of linguistic knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet project deadlines.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
