About the role

Medtronic’s Project Management Office (PMO) within R&D supports the execution of new product development projects. The Assistant Project Coordinator provides coordination, reporting and administrative support to multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide project or program support to functional groups and business processes.
  • Monitor program/project status, budgets and timetables, and compile information for reports.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Advanced professional level of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

  • Project monitoring and reporting.
  • Data extraction, review, tracking and coding.
