About the role
Medtronic’s Project Management Office (PMO) within R&D supports the execution of new product development projects. The Assistant Project Coordinator provides coordination, reporting and administrative support to multidisciplinary project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project or program support to functional groups and business processes.
- Monitor program/project status, budgets and timetables, and compile information for reports.
- Assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
- Advanced professional level of English.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Required skills
- Project monitoring and reporting.
- Data extraction, review, tracking and coding.
What we offer
- Competitive salary range €36,800 – €55,200 per year.
