Adjunct Instructor in Social Sciences and/or Human Resources

About the role

ICN Business School is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Instructor to join its undergraduate faculty in Paris starting 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will be based in Île‑de‑France and will deliver courses in Social Sciences and/or Human Resources using learner‑centered, inclusive teaching methods.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare lecture content, slides, and supporting materials.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and supervise group work.
• Provide timely feedback, grade assignments and exams, and assess student performance fairly.
• Maintain an inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse student needs.

Required profile

• Proven teaching experience in higher education, including course design and classroom management.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant business, social sciences, or related discipline.
• Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to teach and support students in both languages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural setting and adapt to institutional policies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with educational technologies, learning management systems, and digital tools that enhance in‑person teaching.
